Licensed Broker’s Referrals:

Sellers:
Al Co Properties will pay a 25% referral fee for any listing you may refer to us.
If you’d prefer, we would be happy to co-list with you.
This would allow you to actively participate in the sale.

Buyers:
Al Co Properties will pay a 25% referral fee.
Referral fees are based on 25% of the listing or selling commission received by AlCo Properties.
Please register with me either by phone or in writing prior to our having worked with the client.
